    How to shop with us
    To make a purchase on www.feetunique.co.uk you go through 5 steps.
    1 Find the item(s) you want and put them in the shopping cart, then proceed to the checkout.
    2 Enter your personal information.
    3 Select shipping / payment method.
    4 Accept our terms and conditions.
    5 Check that all information is correct, then go to the payment page, and approve the purchase.

    On www.feetunique.co.uk you can only order products through our website. If you have any queries for items that are not on the webshop, please feel free to contact us.
    When you shop with www.feetunique.co.uk, agreements are in English.
    It is not possible to view past orders by logging into the website. If you wish to receive a copy of your order confirmation, send an email to support@feetunique.net.

    On www.feetunique.co.uk you can pay with:
    Visa Electron
    Maestro Card

    There are no fees for online payments on www.feetunique.co.uk.
    The amount is automatically captured as soon as your credit card is cleared. There can never be an amount deducted that is greater than what you have approved in your purchase.

    To get your goods delivered you must pay the shipping cost.
    The shipping cost is free unless you choose express shipping (2-10 business days) which is £2.99

    The delivery of your order, is taken care of by PostNord. Delivery time is approximately 10-20 working days. (by free shipping)

    Terms of Service
    If you change your mind:
    You have 30 days return right, when you shop at www.feetunique.co.uk. Rights start from the day you received the goods.

    Packaging and product condition when you send it back
    Cancellation rights can only be exercised if the item is returned in the same condition and quantity. The right of cancellation lapses if you have used the product(s) in a way that obviously significantly reduces the sales value. Damage of the packaging does not have an effect on your cancellation.

    You will be fully refunded the total amount you have paid us
    If you change your mind about your purchase, you will of course get the amount you have paid us fully refunded. The amount will be transferred to the credit card you paid with, or to your bank account once we have received the product and verified that it meets the rules for cancellation.
    The only cost you have when you cancel a purchase is the postage to send the item(s) back to us.

    What should I send back?
    You must attach a copy of the order confirmation.
    You can add a short note stating that you wish to cancel your order.

    If there is something wrong with the product (complaints)
    When you shop at www.feetunique.co.uk you have a 24 month complaint right. This means that if your shoelaces have flaws from when you received your order, you either get your shoelaces replaced, refunded or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.
    Of course it is a requirement that the complaint is justified, and that the defect is not caused by incorrect use of the product or other injurious behavior.

    How soon should I notify you?
    You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect. We recommend that you notify us as soon as possible. The claim is valid if you make a claim within two months after the defect is discovered.
